Job description
Ensure quality steering in the workshop and management of Non-conformities.
Lead problem-solving processes (of type 8D or QRQC).
Ensure stock security and manage the monitoring of parts in quarantine
Create and adapt monitoring plans, ranges and control methods based on product & process risk analyses
Participate in product/process audits.
Propose and participate in multidisciplinary continuous improvement projects
Adapt if necessary the Methods and control fixtures by providing methodological support to operators.
Profile sought
Swiss HES engineer training or ES technician oriented towards quality or equivalent.
Knowledge of Quality tools (8D, QRQC, SPC, audit, AMDEC, document management).
Knowledge of machining, manufacturing and mechanical assembly processes.
Mastery of office tools, notably excel.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Rigor, autonomy, synthesis skills.
Team spirit, ease of adaptation, customer orientation
