Zollikofen, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution • As a project manager, take on the general coordination of (partial) IT projects • Define and monitor the structure, execution, costs, deadlines and quality of the projects as well as adopt goal-oriented measures in case of risks and problems • As a Scrum master, support and develop agile teams; provide support to team members in the performance of their tasks and co-design agile projects • Collaborate closely with clients (specialist sectors of the Federal Offices), with the responsible sectors at UFIT and with external partners (suppliers) <br /> What distinguishes you • Tertiary-level education (HF, SUP in computer science, business informatics, etc.); good knowledge of business administration; several years of professional experience as a project manager and Scrum master • Experience in directing medium-sized projects as well as skills in HERMES and agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) • Team spirit, orientation towards performance and the customer; flexibility, psychophysical resilience and commitment; autonomous and structured working method • Transparent communication and the ability to adapt it according to the recipients • Excellent knowledge of two official languages and good knowledge of English <br /> In summary Have you successfully directed projects, do you have experience in the role of Scrum master in projects managed with agile methodologies and are you looking for a new professional challenge that allows you to deepen, expand and test your knowledge and skills on a daily basis?
