Metal Construction Fitter / Service Technician with development to Chief Fitter (m/f/d)
To strengthen our assembly team, we are looking for a committed metal construction fitter (service technician) who, after thorough induction, has the chance to develop into a Chief Fitter.

Your tasks
Assembly and revision work on combustion systems of waste-to-energy plants throughout Switzerland
Preparation of tools and materials for revision assignments
Independent work during assembly
After the induction, you will additionally take over:
Leadership and guidance of an assembly team
Coordination of work on-site
Direct customer and project manager contact
Preparation of revision reports

Your profile
Completed training in the metal sector or as an agricultural machinery/truck mechanic
Experience in assembly, ideally in plant or power plant construction
Technical understanding, teamwork skills, and customer orientation
Willingness to travel for assembly assignments (2-3 weeks)
Basic knowledge of MS-Office
Initial leadership experience is an advantage, but not a must
