Your tasks

• Programming, setting up and monitoring CNC turning and milling machines
• Production of precise serial turning and milling parts
• Independent monitoring and optimization of ongoing production
• Performing quality controls and measuring the manufactured workpieces
• Identifying and resolving production problems
• Optimizing production processes
• Care and maintenance of machines and work equipment
• Taking on a technically leading function within production as well as issuing work instructions to the production employees

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Polymechaniker EFZ
• Level E or BM
• Experience in setting up, programming and operating CNC machines
• Sound knowledge of Okuma and Fanuc controls
• Confident reading and writing of ISO-code
• Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Independent and self-responsible way of working
• Willingness to take responsibility for your own tasks and the quality of the manufactured parts
• Reliability and care
• Strong quality awareness
• Willingness to learn new things and to develop professionally
• Team spirit
