Take over the needs-oriented care of our patients and actively shape the future of psychiatry. *What we offer:* *-Flexibility in working hours* *-Diverse further training opportunities* *-Attractive additional benefits* *-A respectful, interdisciplinary team* Requirements profile ## • Training as a nursing specialist HF/FH with SRK recognition or a positive SRK PreCheck for foreign diplomas • Ideally, professional experience in the field of psychiatry • Completed basic course in aggression management or willingness to take it • Independent, responsible and structured way of working • Creativity, commitment and very good German language skills in word and writing • Secure IT skills for efficient processing of administrative tasks Area of responsibility ## • Taking over the role of contact person with individual, needs- and resource-oriented care and treatment of patients - also in complex situations • Responsibility for continuous, qualified planning and coordination of treatment to ensure professional care and adherence to care standards • Carrying out care and treatment in day shift operation as well as implementation of medical instructions • Building and maintaining a trusting and professional contact with patients, patients and all involved specialists • Active participation in the training and support of HF and FAGE learners • Commitment and technical competence in the design and further development of innovative care processes and concepts Ready for your next career step?
