Keep reading, because this job might be for you.   A TYPICAL WORKING DAY  As a Beauty Advisor L'Oréal Luxe, you will become part of a team that is passionate about beauty and is committed to offering customers extraordinary experiences. In a dynamic environment and under the responsibility of the Counter Manager, you can work for renowned brands such as Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent, Giorgio Armani, Kiehl-s and our luxury designer perfumes. You highlight the beauty of all customers through individual consultation and recommendations on make-up, fragrances and skincare products. Your tasks include, among others: • Mastering basic product and brand knowledge: You are familiar with the benefits, application and composition of our products for optimal skincare advice and are simultaneously familiar with makeup techniques and the world of perfumes. • Expanding the business through sales and services: As an ambassador, you promote sales by proactively engaging customers, offering expert advice and using opportunities to introduce them to a wider selection of products. You rely on digital tools and your product knowledge to create tailored beauty experiences, retain customers and build lasting relationships. You keep up to date with the latest beauty trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies and continuously consolidate the brand's market position.  • Ensuring an excellent quality standard at the counter: You ensure that the sales area authentically reflects the brand image. This includes compliance with flawless standards for cleanliness and visual merchandising, effective inventory management and the safe handling of systems and technologies in the stores. You also process customer inquiries and online orders with professionalism, thus embodying the brand's values.   WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Ideally, you have a passion for beauty and value exceptional customer service. You bring with you: • Excellent communication skills: You can build a connection with customers, listen well and develop an authentic relationship. • Sound knowledge of beauty: You are familiar with application techniques, ingredients and technical aids related to beauty. • Customer orientation: Customer orientation: You anticipate customer needs and respond to them by offering individual service. • Brand embodiment: You stand for the values of our brands: authenticity, expertise and naturalness. • Team spirit: You contribute to a positive working environment and good cooperation. • Completed vocational training in the cosmetics field, preferably in retail. • You are familiar with the digital world and are interested in all new digital media. • You master the French language. English skills are an advantage.
