Sales Back Office Clerk (m/f) 100 %
Your tasks:
You report to the Head of Sales Back Office Switzerland and undertake versatile tasks in order processing in the municipal vehicles sector.
Order processing from order receipt to invoicing using SAP R/3 and company-specific programs
Technical and commercial clarifications with customers, the company's own production sites and the workshop, third-party suppliers etc.
Monitoring deadlines throughout the entire supply chain
Sales support for employees in the field for projects, tenders, feasibility studies and similar
Deputization and support within our team
Your background:
You have completed commercial training with technical understanding or technical training with commercial further education/experience
Good technical understanding and interest
Several years of professional experience in a similar environment
Good knowledge of SAP R/3 and Microsoft Office
Enjoyment of dealing with customers and suppliers
Proficient German skills. French and English skills are an advantage
You are able to work independently and contribute to a good atmosphere in the team with your personal qualities such as communication and teamwork skills as well as your reliability and organizational strength
