Senior Customer Advisor*in Advisory Center Operations Compliance 80 - 100% # This is what you will achieve • You will support the team in compliance clarifications (e.g. payments, Anti-Money-Laundering) by contacting customers by phone and documenting the information gained in a structured manner. • You will independently process further clarification orders from Legal & Compliance, ensure timely processing, and be responsible for the correct forwarding of the results. • You will monitor your set appointments and tasks and complete them on time. • You will actively contribute to continuous process improvements and thus make your contribution to their further development. This is what you bring • You have a banking education and preferably experience in the Compliance area. Due diligence (VSB) and Tax Compliance (AIA, FATCA) are not foreign words to you. • You have an appealing and stylistically confident oral and written expression in German. English skills and any other language are an advantage. • Your networked thinking and communication skills round out your profile. • Your commitment and openness will quickly make you a valuable team member.
