Your tasks:

You assume overall responsibility for the leadership and organization of the branch in close cooperation with the district and/or regional sales management
You are responsible for the appearance and performance of your branch and implement necessary actions
You promote successful sales activity among your employees and support them professionally, promote and train them
You create and control the staff scheduling and vacation planning
You ensure the product presentation and the successful implementation of current promotional measures based on specifications
You participate in the daily operational business and ensure competent, comprehensive and sympathetic advice

Your profile:

You have completed basic training in retail or in similar industries
You bring several years of leadership experience and are a motivating role model
You are ready to perform above average to achieve goals together
You have an affinity for dealing with operational and entrepreneurial key figures
You possess the ability to reflect on yourself, implement feedback and are open to changes
You are an open-minded and communicative personality who convinces through loyalty and respectful interaction
