MISSION
Perform nursing care and basic care at the home of persons presenting a state of physical or mental dependency or a disability.
Support the multidisciplinary team of the CMS in the management of client situations.
Integrate health promotion and prevention concepts into one's practice.
PROFILE
Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or a title deemed equivalent (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)
Driver's license (mandatory)
Flexibility in working hours
Good knowledge of usual IT tools
Interest in the field of home care
Ability to adapt to changes and react to crisis situations
Ability to work autonomously
