Polymechanic (m/w) The Plastechnik AG is an established specialist in the manufacture of injection moulds and in the production of sophisticated plastic parts in high quantities, which are installed worldwide. The company is based in Bösingen (FR) and employs approx. 40 employees. To strengthen our Toolmaking department, we are looking for a Polymechanic m/w immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks You are responsible for the manufacture of complex and precise individual tool parts for our injection moulds You operate and monitor our systems, in particular our new wire and sinker EDM machines incl. automation You create programs in our CAD/CAM software for our modern manufacturing machines You monitor and control the quality of the manufactured individual parts and are jointly responsible for meeting delivery deadlines You perform finishing and assembly work on new tools You actively help with the optimization of machining processes Your profile You have completed vocational training as a Polymechanic or an equivalent basic mechanical training and have several years of experience in wire and sinker EDM Ideally, you have professional experience as a toolmaker You have good IT skills You work systematically and exactly You are reliable and have a high sense of responsibility You are motivated to lead a team of 2-3 employees Our offer Dynamic, varied activities with ever new challenges Insights into different company areas A family-like environment and a collegial, well-coordinated team A modern infrastructure Modern employment conditions Internal and external further training opportunities Your contact For further information, Wohlhauser (Managing Director) is available to you at 031 740 30 40.
