• Calculate and prepare the ingredients necessary for the different recipes
• Control and monitor the kneading and fermentation process
• Enjoy sustained work due to large production

• Training or diploma in bakery mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Guarantee compliance with current standards: hygiene, safety and work
