As a customer support specialist, you will work in a team of around five people. In this position, your focus is on the support, consultation, and acquisition of customers in the building materials, recycling, sewage, and construction industries. You will handle administrative tasks for your customers, such as preparing offers, creating contracts, and invoicing. You will enjoy demonstrating the advantages of our Business Software to interested parties on-site, analyzing business processes, and developing individual solution concepts. After the implementation of projects, you will support the customers and maintain a long-term relationship. You enjoy the interface function between the customer and software development.
