Works Director at 100% ##

Your responsibilities ###

In close collaboration with the realization project manager, you will notably be responsible for:

• Planning, coordinating, and supervising the execution of works
• Ensuring the monitoring of costs, deadlines, and quality
• Ensuring compliance with standards, contractual requirements, and safety rules
• Organizing handovers, ensuring the follow-up of warranty work, and conducting the delivery of the work

Your profile ###

• Training as an architect, or ES technician in works management
• At least five years of professional experience in Switzerland in planning and works management
• Mastery of usual IT tools, notably Messerli, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage construction sites autonomously and to guarantee compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality
• Sense of organization, precision, and rigor
• Spirit of initiative, dynamism, and ability to make decisions
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in communication with mandatories, companies, and clients
• Taste for teamwork
