Tasks

• Advising and supporting our existing customers in the Eastern Switzerland region and surroundings.
• Acquisition of new customers and expansion of the customer base.
• Presentation and demonstration of our products and solutions on-site.
• Technical support and training of customers in the application of our products.
• Close cooperation with the inside sales and other departments to ensure optimal customer support.
• Market and competitor observation as well as identification of new business opportunities.
• Electronic recording of appointments, visit reports, and tasks using CRM.
• Planning according to a forecast weekly grid, whereby 4 appointments are to be planned per travel day.
• 8 customer visits per day are to be planned as the target specifications.

Qualifications

• Completed technical or manual vocational training, ideally in the construction or cleaning environment.
• Experience in field service or in customer consulting is an advantage.
• Technical understanding and interest in innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with customers.
• Independent and structured way of working.
• Driver's license category B.
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, French skills are an advantage.
