• lead the team of the Timber Construction department and specifically develop your employees
• are responsible for the operational day-to-day business and customer satisfaction and actively participate in the day-to-day business
• independently create the budget for turnover and DB1
• support the field service operationally in their daily work
• advise our customers by telephone and in person – competently and solution-oriented
• independently gain an overview of new products and analyze market developments
• undertake general tasks related to consulting and order processing

You are carved from this wood:

You have/are…

• completed a commercial or carpenter apprenticeship EFZ
• professional experience in the timber trade or demonstrable experience in sales back office
• a sales personality with maker qualities and proven leadership experience
• sympathetic, convincing and with the right sense for customers with a strong sales presence and clear communication
• in control of the common Office programs, BC is an advantage
