A TYPICAL WORKDAY As a Beauty Advisor L'Oréal Luxe, you will be part of a team that is passionate about beauty and committed to offering customers exceptional experiences. In a dynamic environment and under the responsibility of the Counter Manager, you can work for renowned brands like Lancôme, Saint, Armani, Kiehl's, and our luxury designer perfumes. You will emphasize the beauty of all customers through individual advice and recommendations on make-up, fragrances, and care products. Your tasks include: Mastery of basic product and brand knowledge: You are familiar with the benefits, application, and composition of our products for optimal care advice and are also familiar with make-up techniques and the world of perfumes. Expansion of the business through sales and services: As an Ambassador, you promote sales by proactively involving customers, offering expert advice, and taking advantage of opportunities to present them with a wider range of products. You use digital tools and your product knowledge to create tailored beauty experiences, bind customers, and build lasting relationships. You stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and competitors' activities to optimize sales strategies and further establish the brand's market position. Ensuring an excellent quality standard at the counter: You ensure that the sales area authentically reflects the brand's image. This includes maintaining impeccable standards for cleanliness and visual merchandising, effective inventory management, and safe handling of systems and technologies in stores. You also process customer inquiries and online orders with professionalism, embodying the brand's values. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Ideally, you have a passion for beauty and value exceptional customer service. You bring: Excellent communication skills: You can build a connection with customers, listen well, and develop an authentic relationship. In-depth knowledge of beauty: You are familiar with application techniques, ingredients, and technical tools related to beauty.
