Your main tasks: Overall responsibility: You independently manage demanding structural engineering projects from work preparation to turnkey delivery. Interface: You are the central contact person for specialist planners, authorities, craftsmen, and : You ensure the uncompromising compliance with quality, deadlines, and costs : You actively support tenders as well as the creation of works contracts. What you bring with you: Solid basis: Several years of solid experience in the construction management of structural engineering projects (ideally in residential construction). Industry know-how: Deep specialist knowledge in construction as well as common standards and : Personality: An independent, structured way of working, assertiveness, and initial leadership competence (or the potential for it). Digital Native: Confident handling of modern construction software (e.g., Messerli) and the MS Office 365 tools.
