In the context of a retirement, we are looking for a committed personality for Corporate Nursing Controlling. You will take on a central role in the business management of the nursing sector and support the CNO as well as the nursing managers as a sparring partner in financial and strategic respects.

Your tasks

• The financial management of the entire KSA is centralized in the Finance Directorate. You are part of this committed team and responsible for the financial matters of the CNO Directorate.
• You take on a central role in the business management and control of the nursing sector and support the CNO as well as the nursing managers in financial management. In particular, you monitor the budget compliance of the CNO Directorate.
• You actively help shape the financial and budget planning of the nursing sector and create calculations for resource and personnel planning, including on the basis of NHPPD (Nursing Hours Per Patient Day).
• You analyze personnel, performance, occupancy, and quality data, recognize development potentials, and, together with the CNO and the nursing managers, derive concrete measures to optimize processes.
• You are responsible for nursing-specific data collection and evaluations, particularly in the areas of LEP, NHPPD, and nursing complexity treatment (CHOP) as well as other legal and operational requirements.
• You continuously develop control instruments, key performance indicator models, and reportings, thereby making an important contribution to the data-based management of the CNO Directorate.

Your profile

• Completed studies at university of applied sciences or university level, preferably with a business administration, health economics, or nursing background.
• Several years of professional experience in a business management control function in the healthcare sector, ideally in nursing controlling, health management, or a comparable environment.
• Strong understanding of business management contexts as well as experience in advising and supporting executives in strategic and operational issues.
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills, high affinity for numbers and IT, as well as sound knowledge in data analysis; experience with LEP is an advantage.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility, as well as enjoyment in actively shaping change processes and further developing modern, data-based corporate management.
