Bern (and home office) \| 80-100% This is what you can contribute • Support the army leadership in steering the long-term development and military-strategic situation monitoring • Develop strategic basics and decision-making documents for the further development of the Defense Group, particularly in the areas of corporate development and strategic transformation • Analyze data and insights from strategy controlling and risk management and convert them into actionable recommendations • Coordinate and lead interdisciplinary working groups with experienced experts and stakeholders at the departmental level • Support and advise department heads and division leaders in the development, coordination, and implementation of their partial and specialist strategies <br /> What makes you unique • University or college degree or equivalent education • Pronounced analytical and conceptual skills as well as networked and strategic thinking • Experience in strategy work along the entire strategy cycle -- from analysis and planning to alignment, implementation, and controlling • Ability to effectively navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with partially diverging interests • Knowledge of federal internal processes and structures or training as a general staff or staff officer is an advantage • Very good active knowledge of at least one second official language (B2) and English at least B2 <br /> In a nutshell The Strategy and Governance Defense team shapes the long-term orientation of the Defense Group to strengthen Switzerland's defense capabilities.
