Your tasks

With your sales know-how, you contribute together with the team to creating a strong advisory and customer-focused atmosphere on the sales floor

Ensuring appealing visual merchandising with a focus on brand-appropriate presentation of the products

Ensuring smooth processes in goods handling and creating strategic product placement

Ensuring order and cleanliness on the sales floor

Leading, motivating the team in daily business and strengthening an engaged, customer-oriented team culture

Taking on administrative tasks as well as accompanying internal training to support operational processes and help shape the further development of the team

Our requirements

Completed commercial training and/or equivalent experience in sales is an advantage

At least 2 years of experience in selling streetwear, shoes, sports articles or accessories

Strong interest in sales combined with the ability to quickly recognise customer needs and respond individually

Openness to new things as well as the desire to constantly develop and contribute to the optimisation of the working environment

Team and communication skills, as well as ability to handle criticism and conflict

Self-responsibility and solution-oriented working

Very good knowledge of the respective national language as well as English, spoken and written

High level of self-motivation, resilience, flexibility and reliability

Interest in our core sports, current scene trends and sound product knowledge is an advantage
