a vehicle expert 100%

As a vehicle expert, you are employed by Zentrex AG and work for XpertCenter AG, which belongs to the Mobiliar Group.

You assess damage to vehicles in the Zug, Aargau and Luzern areas. You enjoy working independently and communicate confidently and competently.

Your versatile area of responsibility includes:

• Independent creation of technical expert reports
• Inspection of damaged objects
• Cost calculations / value assessments
• Negotiations and communication with all parties involved
• Assistance in external drive-ins during major events

For this varied and interesting activity, you bring very good automotive specialist knowledge or a higher technical examination (e.g., Automobildiagnostiker/-in HF, Carrosseriewerkleiter/-in HF). Commercial further training, good computer skills, stylish writing, and several years of experience in the customer service area round off your profile.

Your strengths include teamwork, pleasant manners, negotiation skills, high flexibility and resilience, as well as social competence. Language skills are an advantage. You enjoy making independent decisions and representing them convincingly.
