To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified specialists. To strengthen our QA for QC team in Quality Assurance, we are looking for a Manager QA for QC (a) 100%.

The QA for QC department acts as an interface between QA and QC and ensures quality oversight and compliance in the QC area. In this demanding position, you are responsible as a specialist for handling all tasks related to topics from quality control and analytics. Your strength lies in applying your sound cGMP knowledge in practice and contributing it productively to continuous process optimizations. Additionally, you ensure the internal flow of information, particularly between QC and QA.

Your tasks

• Processing and approval of QC deviations as well as OOS events
• Review and approval of analytical specifications as well as plans and reports for method validations and stability studies
• Support of customer audits and regulatory inspections regarding QC
• Accompanying and approving changes as well as process optimizations in QC
• Conducting self-inspections in quality control
• Functioning as a "Person in Plant". This person is regularly present in the QC laboratories on-site to clarify compliance questions directly with the QC employees

Your profile

• Master or Ph.D. in chemistry, biology, or pharmacy
• At least 5 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance or quality control
• Experience in a chemical/analytical environment
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to present complex events and connections comprehensibly and to communicate them internally and externally
• High understanding of quality aspects and sound cGMP knowledge
• Quality-conscious, responsible, and precise way of working
• Good IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Experience with IT systems; e.g., chromatography data systems, LIMS desirable
• Experience with SAP and electronic document management as well as quality event management systems is an advantage
