Polymechanic Setter – CNC Milling

per immediately or by arrangement.

Our client specializes in the manufacture of complex precision mechanical components, particularly for medical technology. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a dedicated personality with experience in CNC machining and enjoyment of demanding precision parts.

Your tasks

• Independent setting up and manufacturing of complex milled parts made of titanium and stainless steel
• Manufacture of various precision parts, especially for medical technology
• Setting up, operating, and monitoring modern CNC machining machines
• Carrying out quality controls and documentation of the manufactured parts
• Identifying and rectifying manufacturing deviations
• Active participation in the optimization and further development of manufacturing processes
• Ensuring high quality and timely production

Your profile

• Completed training as Polymechanic EFZ, specialization in machining
• Several years of professional experience in CNC and precision mechanical processing
• Very good knowledge in setting up and manufacturing complex precision parts
• Strong sense of quality and responsibility
• Enjoyment of precise and careful work
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Teamwork skills and flexibility
• Willingness for partial 2-shift work
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
