Your mission #### • Actively assist our Key Account Managers and Business Development Managers. • Assist our clients in defining their needs and advise them on the best solution. • Prepare offers and orders. • Product research (Hardware and Software). • Negotiate and optimize conditions with our partners (manufacturers/publishers) and distributors (discounts, special conditions, ...). • Perform administrative follow-up (delivery, invoicing, etc.). Your profile ## • You have administrative or commercial training and several years of experience in the IT field. • You possess very good skills for organizational, administrative, planning, and coordination tasks. • Your professional experience makes you comfortable in customer relations, particularly via email and telephone. • You use Microsoft Office tools and ERP (Navision) with ease. • You are proficient in French and English, knowledge of German would be an additional asset. • You like working in "multi-task" mode in a team and also independently.  Our offer #### • Flexibility: individual setting of the place and working hours based on needs. • Advantageous working conditions: 6 weeks of vacation per year and an attractive pension plan. • Development and enhancement of potential: a wide range of professional and personal training offered by the Bechtle Academy.
