More information can be found here: www.daru.ch This is your task: - Active acquisition of new customers as well as support and expansion of existing customer relationships in your market area • Creation of offers, security concepts and calculations – from needs analysis to contract conclusion • Lead on customer projects: planning, introduction of new objects, coordination with dispatch, operations and technology • Accompanying tenders and submissions across the companies of the DARU-Gruppe • Maintenance of customer and offer data as well as reporting to the management We expect: • Several years of experience in the security industry (guarding, traffic and order service, security technology or similar) • Proven track record in the sale of services, including responsibility for offers and closing • Completed commercial or technical basic training, with further training in sales (e.g., Verkaufsfachfrau/-mann mit eidg. FA) • Knowledge of the GAV Sicherheitsdienstleistungen and the industry-standard calculation principles • Very good German skills in speaking and writing, good English skills (B2 level), any other national language is an advantage • Confident handling of MS Office; experience with CRM/dispatch systems is an advantage • Independent, reliable and strong-closing personality with a professional appearance • Driver's license category B • An impeccable criminal record and debt collection register extract Your application: That you are a doer and want to change the security industry with us is sufficient motivation for us.
