IT Communication Officer (M/F)

Introduction ##

For our Information Systems division, we are looking for an IT Communication Officer (M/F) whose main mission will be to design and deploy the communication plan, actions, and communication materials of the IS division, in coordination with stakeholders and in compliance with the strategy, editorial line, and charters of the division.

Responsibilities ##

• Define, manage, and ensure the implementation of the IS division's communication strategy and plan, in coherence with its objectives and its editorial line
• Guarantee the coherence, quality, and compliance of the IS division's communications with the editorial and graphic charters
• Ensure the coordination of internal and external stakeholders involved in communication actions
• Ensure the relevance of the responses provided to the communication needs of the IS teams and projects
• Evaluate the effectiveness of communication actions and recommend necessary improvements
• Prepare, organize, and lead the editorial committee, in collaboration with the department manager
• Design, update, and monitor the communication plan: objectives, messages, targets, channels, formats, and editorial line and calendar
• Collect and analyze communication requests; define suitable methods and write the associated briefs
• Coordinate the contributions of internal and external participants (business teams, designers, communication agencies, etc.)
• Design, write, produce, and update communication materials and publications
• Monitor the performance indicators of communication initiatives, analyze results, and formulate optimization recommendations
• Control the application of editorial and graphic charters across all productions

Profile ##

• University education or specialized higher studies in the field of communication and marketing
• More than 3 years of experience in communication and marketing, with expertise in internal communication, ideally in the IT field
• Excellent level of French, written and oral, as well as very good command of English
• Advanced mastery of office IT tools, notably PowerPoint and Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Mastery of the collaborative tool Teams and Figma is an asset
• Client/user orientation

• Ability to synthesize, autonomy, and proactivity
