Your challenge Mandate leadership and audit responsibility Independent management of audit mandates Focus on versatile mandates in the SME environment, in industry, and in the public sector Planning, execution, and post-processing of audit mandates Ensuring clean audit documentation as well as high quality standards Responsibility for quality, efficiency, and sustainable customer relationships Leadership and development of junior talent Technical and personnel leadership of auditors Accompanying employees on mandates as well as on-the-job training Coaching, sparring, and further development of the subordinate auditors Building a strong audit team at the Winterthur location Role model function through high professional competence, customer proximity, and a pragmatic way of working Customer support and location development Recognizing customer needs and introducing suitable BDO services Close cooperation with the location management Participation in the further expansion of the branch Participation in offer processes and acquisition of mandates Your qualities and talents Degree as a dipl.
