Your tasks
Production of food in the hot and cold kitchen
Assistance in the production of desserts as well as in the preparation of banquets and apéros
Assistance with plating at the menu station
Meal service during lunch service
Assistance in the administration of supplier orders and in the control of stock levels and goods deliveries
Washing of dishes and kitchen utensils
General tidying and cleaning work
Application and control of the cleaning and hygiene concept according to HACCP

Your background
Completed apprenticeship as a cook EFZ
5 years of professional experience, ideally in a similar role in contract catering or the catering sector
Charming and guest-oriented personality
Resilient, independent and flexible personality, team player
Good German and English skills
