60 - 80% Your tasks <br /> • You assess complementary medical treatments based on therapeutic and medical reports and check their clinical value, economic efficiency, effectiveness, and appropriateness. • You decide on the obligation to provide benefits and cost approvals within the framework of the complementary supplementary insurance and formulate well-founded and comprehensible justifications for our benefit centers. • You evaluate the therapy approaches used in the interaction between conventional and complementary medicine based on the available medical/therapeutic information. <br /> Your profile <br /> • You have a completed medical or paramedical education as well as sound knowledge of conventional and complementary medicine. Thanks to your practical experience, you move confidently in both areas. • You analyze complex issues quickly and with differentiation, make well-founded decisions, and represent your assessments convincingly and appropriately for the target group, both orally and in writing. • Ideally, you have further training in the commercial field or in health or social insurance. • You are an proactive, independent, and resilient personality with a strong willingness to make decisions.
