Job Description

• Responsibility for the operational processes of the gastronomy, active participation in service
• Preparation of banquets and aperitifs
• Setup and maintenance of buffets, serving food to guests
• Assisting at the cash register during lunch
• Active presence in the guest area: You ensure enthusiasm, take over complaint management, and implement feedback constructively
• Administrative tasks, such as sending catering offers, sending and controlling debtors and creditors
• Responsibility for the cleaning and hygiene concept according to HACCP
• Assistance in employee leadership and development

Desired Profile

• Completed vocational training in service and several years of experience in gastronomy, as well as in high-end gastronomy and in the catering sector
• Experience in catering/communal gastronomy is expected
• Experience with various administrative activities should be brought, in the area of debtors and creating and sending catering offers
• Leadership experience is required
• German skills fluent (native language), English and French are an advantage
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented and enthusiastic about service
