Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII as RAI LCTF Responsible 40-50% Your tasks • Among other things, you bear the responsibility for ensuring the correct implementation of the RAI system according to legal and contractual foundations • You monitor the RAI-LTCF-supported nursing process in our institution and check it using random samples • You coach and instruct all persons involved in the nursing process with the RAI-LTCF in a manner appropriate to the target group • You introduce new employees to the RAI system and accompany them in practical application in everyday nursing • You conduct internal RAI-relevant training sessions • You control the correctness and traceability of the MDS codings relevant to nursing care expenditure groups on the basis of the nursing documentation • You participate significantly in quality management when interpreting the RAI quality indicators Your profile • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Several years of professional experience in long-term care • Completion of the RAI LTCF Expert Course is an advantage (min. Supervisor training) • Understanding of nursing financing and service billing • Enthusiasm for coaching, instructing, and accompanying employees • Efficient, solution- and process-oriented way of working • An open, appreciative attitude and joy in working in an interdisciplinary team Why Tertianum?
