Your tasks: Operational management of structural engineering construction sites in personnel and technical terms (multi-family houses, conversions and industrial construction up to residential developments with a construction volume up to 5 Mio.) Link between construction site personnel and construction manager Responsibility for deadline compliance and smooth construction site processes Ensuring a high execution quality Responsibility for occupational safety and compliance with SUVA specifications Reporting and control of services rendered Coordination and leadership of construction site personnel Support with general work on the construction site Organization of efficient material, machine and personnel use Ongoing control of order, quality and safety on the construction siteYour profile What you bring with you: Successfully completed training as a foreman Sound manual skills and practical construction site experience Ability to motivate teams as well as to guide employees and apprentices Good assessment of situations and impacts of decisions Efficient, independent and solution-oriented way of working High safety awareness and knowledge of the most important standards Careful and detailed management of the reporting system Very good German skills in speaking and writing Driver's license Cat.
