This is your contribution

• Steering and optimizing the Agile Release Train (ART) as well as being responsible for the execution and moderation of the central SAFe events (PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt)
• Proactively identifying, tracking, and eliminating risks and impediments, as well as managing obstacles and dependencies across team and ART boundaries
• Planning and steering the capacities of the Agile Release Train as a whole and designing ART-internal prioritizations and coordination within the framework of Lean Portfolio Management specifications
• Establishing, steering, and further developing agile metrics to increase delivery quality and performance
• Actively shaping and coordinating cooperation with Product Management, Domain Architecture, Business Owners, and agile teams
• Coaching Scrum Master/Team Coaches, Product Owners, and agile teams, as well as actively helping to shape the RTE community

What makes you unique

• Completed studies (Bachelor/Master) in the fields of Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable course of study
• Several years of experience as a Release Train Engineer in a larger company, in public administration, or in a comparably complex environment with demanding governance and stakeholder structures
• Very good communication skills, high assertiveness, and a structured way of working
• Current certifications as SAFe RTE and SAFe SPC desirable
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language as well as good English skills
