You are the strategic and operational motor behind our live experiences and ensure that brands are not just seen, but experienced. • Business partner: As the central contact for the internal client, you are the face of Live Marketing towards the brand Volkswagen • Partner management: You manage sponsoring contracts and engagements and work closely with our sponsoring partners to develop and implement unique activation measures • Budget responsibility: You are responsible for your projects' budgets and get the most out of the available resources • Performance orientation: You consistently align activities with customer wishes, effectiveness and KPIs. After implementation, you analyze the success of the activities and create reports that help us achieve market goals and align our activities even better with customer wishes • Hub: You coordinate, communicate and administrate with various stakeholders - internal and external • Creative direction: You are the idea-rich head behind the Live Marketing activities of our brands • Event expertise: You act as an expert in the conception, planning and implementation of emotional event formats What you bring with you ## You don't have to be able to do magic - but if you can, we won't say no. • Your background: A few years of experience in marketing, events and sponsoring • Education: Commercial background with further training in marketing and/or business administration, as well as sponsoring further training desired • Language skills: German proficient, English strong, French solid (if possible) • Never deleted the internet: Digital tools are a tool for you, not an obstacle • Very pleasant interaction: You are enthusiastic, solution-oriented and get things rolling.
