Two tasks, one calling: As an employee in hospitality service, you ensure enjoyment and well-being in our palliative department. If you additionally have training as a Swiss Red Cross (SRK) nursing assistant or Assistant in Health and Social Care (AGS), you can also contribute to nursing with an additional 50% -- entirely according to your strengths and wishes. The Regionale Pflegezentrum Baden is among the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various competency areas. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being extensively modernized through new constructions and renovations and supplemented with 86 new senior apartments. As an employee in hospitality service, you contribute significantly to ensuring that our residents and their relatives feel completely comfortable and well cared for. For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for a professionally competent, reliable and committed personality as an employee hospitality service (m/f/d), palliative, 50 - 100 % immediately or by arrangement. How you support us: * With a 50% workload, you take on predominantly morning shifts (incl. weekend shifts) as an employee hospitality service (m/f/d) in our palliative department * You lovingly prepare the tables, ensure a fine meal experience and a homely, quiet atmosphere * You empathically advise and accompany our residents and their relatives during menu selection and service * You take care of dish management * You undertake domestic tasks in the living and resident rooms * You support the laundry cycle and administrative tasks such as orders * If you have training as an Assistant in Health and Social Care (AGS) or SRK nursing assistant, you additionally take on up to 50% nursing and care tasks in the palliative department * You support our nursing team with basic care and the daily activities of our residents * You encounter residents and relatives in a particularly sensitive phase of life with calmness, empathy and mindfulness.
