We are looking for our Coteau site, a(n): ASSC (60-100%) --------------- Your mission ------------- * You provide care adapted to the needs of the patient. * You administer delegated medico-technical care and basic care. * You participate actively in the dynamics of your team. Your profile ------------ * CFC in Assistant in community nursing and health (or training deemed equivalent). * Ability to adapt, sense of listening, and autonomy. * Mastery of usual IT tools; knowledge of Carefolio is an asset. * Driver's license and vehicle indispensable.
