Recognized and essential for over 40 years, Multi Personnel is an agency specialized in the provision of administrative and executive personnel, temporary and permanent, in many economic sectors, such as banking, financial companies, multinationals, NGOs, SMEs and local institutions.

We wish to recruit a Multi-skilled Receptionist - 60%

Mission: ##

• Welcoming and orienting visitors and interlocutors.
• Routine management of the reception and incoming requests.
• Processing emails and various administrative tasks.
• Monitoring supplies and current office needs.
• Management and replenishment of common areas.
• Support for general services and the smooth daily operation of the premises.
• Occasional replacement of employees in case of absence, according to the needs of the organization.

Profile ##

• Training or experience in hospitality, reception, welcoming or administration, with a preference for a background in hospitality.
• Confirmed professional experience in a similar position.
• Very good level of French and English C1 minimum.
• German or any other language is an asset.
• Excellent sense of welcoming, communication and service.
• Organized, autonomous, discreet person who is comfortable with varied tasks.
• Good presentation and professional attitude.
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and to occasionally ensure replacements.
• Driver's license mandatory.
