November 2026 or by arrangement Your role with us You are a service professional and take responsibility for warm, attentive, and professional service for our residents, tenants, and guests. You are a team professional and work closely with the kitchen, nursing, and housekeeping. Together with us, you shape a service that truly puts people at the center. What awaits you Carrying out professional, appreciative service in the dining room and the cafeteria (early and late shifts) Participation in events and banquets Operation of the cash register system including daily closings Ordering systems Ensuring and complying with hygiene and quality regulations Co-shaping of processes and quality standards What you bring with you Qualification as Restaurationsfachfrau/-mann EFZ or mandatory several years of professional experience, advantageously in the health or elderly care sector Very good oral and written German skills as well as understanding of the dialect Joy in dealing with elderly people, high service orientation, and empathy Independent, structured way of working with a high sense of responsibility Very good manners, ability to work in a team, and resilience Willingness to work early, late, and weekend shifts What you can look forward to A varied and meaningful task in a committed team Regulated working hours without split shifts / divided services Modern employment conditions Opportunities for professional development Are you interested?
