What awaits you ### • Organize and supervise the daily activities of the landscaping teams • Support, train, and develop employees in the field • Ensure the monitoring of working hours and resource management • Manage supplies, equipment, and stocks • Maintain a close relationship with clients and guarantee their satisfaction • Participate in the preparation of offers, quotes, and other administrative tasks related to the mandate What you bring ### • CFC landscaper or equivalent training • Experience in managing landscaping teams (minimum 6 people) • Professional experience in the field of minimum 5 years • Proficiency in spoken and written French • Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office) • Structured work planning, methodical organization, and autonomous working method • Strong customer orientation Ready for us?
