Employee on an hourly basis

For our small organic vegetable farm with a vegetable subscription distribution, we are looking for an immediate or by arrangement Employee on an hourly basis We are looking for you to cover the holiday absence of our employee at the end of September (14.9.-27.9.26) and afterwards our team is to be supplemented long-term. We offer an exciting and varied position in a small and family-like agricultural business. Requirements: We require good physical condition and German language skills. For vegetable farming, a basic interest or understanding must exist. Unfortunately, our farm is not easily reachable by public transport, which requires own mobility. For the delivery, a company car is available; a category B driver's license must be present and sound driving experience as well. Depending on agreement and interests, the assignments take place in vegetable farming in the field (tending, harvesting, preparing), in packing and preparing subscription assortments (DI or MI) or in delivering the vegetable boxes (DO) according to the tour. The assignments for the subscription distribution primarily take place from Tuesday to Thursday. It is a part-time position (10-30%) on an hourly basis, whereby we consider regularity with the necessary flexibility for both sides to be desirable. We aim for long-term cooperation with assignments on consistent days. Depending on interest and suitability, the different areas can be combined and the assignment hours increased.
