Your tasks:

• Assembly of components and devices according to instructions
• Inspection of assembled products according to instructions (paper) and/or electronic documentation
• Identifying and documenting deviations
• Rectifying deviations
• Fulfillment of the production plan according to the specifications of the team leader
• Permanent optimization of the workflow to increase quality and efficiency (KVP)
• Ensuring the manufacture of qualitatively flawless products and compliance with compliance specifications
• Support of the team leaders in administrative work (e.g. equipment management)

Your profile:

• Completed basic training as a Polymechaniker EFZ, Automatiker, Elektromonteur, Mechatroniker, or Elektriker with a focus on assembly is an advantage
• Basic knowledge and enthusiasm for technical products
• Ability to read technical schemata, understand processes, and affinity for IT
• Sound specialist knowledge and practical experience in the field of mechanical engineering
• Excellent German skills are required
• Confident appearance and understanding of technical processes
