For our site in Domdidier which has more than 450 collaborators, we are looking for a Responsable de secteur de production 100% *For our largest production department, the "Automates de montage", we are looking for a natural leader to strengthen our team of supervisors. The department consists of 4 sectors each equipped with different technologies. * What does the job consist of? ## • Managing a production sector composed of a team of 30 collaborators and 20 means of production (assembly automates) • Accompanying collaborators in achieving their objectives and in developing their skills • Ensuring the functionality and availability of the sector's machines in order to achieve production objectives while respecting quality, quantity, and deadlines • Initiating and leading various sector development projects • Proposing and implementing concrete productivity improvement measures What do we expect from you? ## • CFC in the technical field completed by continuous training (Brevet fédéral, Technicien ES or other) • Confirmed experience in personnel management in an industrial environment • French language with solid knowledge of German or English (B2) • Very good skills in the fields of mechanics, automation, and pneumatics, ideally complemented by knowledge of assembly processes • Solution-oriented personality, flexible and with a good team spirit • Natural leadership, with a good ability to unite teams and lead them to action What do we offer you? ## • Do you want to work for a modern, technology-oriented company and international market leader?
