• 24 June 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Zürich Main project management tasks (approx. 60%) • Global responsibility: technical, commercial, and temporal management of demanding building automation projects (MSRL / building management technology). • Project management: direction of the project team (engineering, software, assembly) as well as coordination of subcontractors and suppliers. • Quality and cost control: monitoring project progress, budget responsibility, claims management, and ensuring quality standards. • Commissioning and handover: support during system tests and official handover of installations to the client. Main key account management tasks (approx. 40%) • Client management: strategic and operational monitoring of assigned key clients (e.g., public clients, planners, large investors, etc.) • Relationship development: identification of market potential and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients as well as targeted prospecting of new clients. • Consulting and design: technical advice to key accounts in the development of smart, energy-efficient, and sustainable building concepts. • Offers: preparation of technically and commercially sound offers as well as conducting contractual negotiations until conclusion with assigned key accounts in collaboration with the sales department. Additional tasks • Taking on additional tasks in a position of responsibility or within a working group. • Planning of GA projects and automation solutions. • Order management in ERP and CRM systems. • Assistance in creating templates in the field of automation and/or documentation and work tools. Skills • All skills in accordance with the sector management and general management necessary to achieve the set objectives. What you bring- To perform this exciting activity, you possess the following qualities: • Completed EFZ apprenticeship as a building IT specialist, automation technician, electrician, or training in the field of building technology. • Continuing education at HF level in building automation or automation is an advantage. • Experience in the building automation and HVAC sectors. • Autonomous work and initiative. • You have no difficulty learning and managing other technical applications and you feel comfortable in a dynamic environment. • In-depth knowledge and experience with Saia SBC are a particular advantage. • Interpersonal skills for team management.
