For 9 August 2027, we offer: Apprenticeships Specialist in Facility Management EFZ Heime Uster 100% ====================================================================== ### Your main tasks As a Specialist in Facility Management you will work in our technical service. You will keep our buildings in good condition and ensure that our residents feel comfortable with us. You will monitor and regulate building technical systems such as heating and fire alarm systems, intervene in the event of malfunctions, and carry out minor repairs independently. Likewise, gardening, painting, and general cleaning tasks are part of your duties, as well as waste management. In winter, you will assist with snow removal.
