On behalf of Dr. , lawyer and notary, we have been entrusted with the recruitment of a service-oriented, independent, team-oriented and entrepreneurially thinking personality as a Notary. We are looking for a personality who wants to take over the notary office and the team of Dr. in the medium term.
In this responsible function, you will gradually take over the management of an established client portfolio and actively help shape the future of the firm together with the existing team.

Independent management and processing of all notary business
Advice and support for private individuals, companies and institutions
Authentication of real estate, corporate, marriage, inheritance and pension transactions
Close cooperation with the lawyers of the firm
Co-design and further development of the notary office
So that you can bring in all your energy, you bring the following with you:
Master's or licentiate degree in law, a lawyer's patent is an advantage
Notary exam, certificate of competence as well as power of authentication
Ideally several years of professional experience in notary matters
Knowledge in construction and real estate law is desirable
German as a native language as well as stylish written and oral expression skills
Foreign language skills are an advantage
Sound IT user knowledge and proficient in handling modern law firm and document management systems
