Activities

• Independent service and repair work for private and business customers
• Recording, assessment and execution of service orders
• Identifying additional repair and renovation needs
• Creating offers and cost estimates
• Customer advice and active sale of suitable solutions
• Planning and coordination of own assignments as well as the assignments of a second service technician
• Technical support and coordination of the service technician
• Digital reporting via tablet incl. material and time recording
• Independent billing and monitoring of service orders
• Close cooperation with management and internal services

Requirements

• Completed training as Sanitary Installer EFZ
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in service
• Good technical knowledge in sanitary and heating
• Experience in troubleshooting, repair and fault rectification
• Customer-oriented, confident and friendly appearance
• Good communication and advisory skills as well as sales flair
• Good PC user
