Your tasks Manage and organize the internal filing of documents (GEVER) Coordinate the agenda of the general secretary and support her on the administrative level Write minutes and handle simple correspondence independently in German and French Provide organizational and administrative support in the planning and setting up of meetings and conferences Ensure certain infrastructural responsibilities (e.g. office supplies, printers and photocopiers) Perform general secretarial tasks Your profile You have completed commercial training and preferably completed it with appropriate continuing education You have a very good command of French or German and also possess very good knowledge of the other language; knowledge of Italian and English is a plus You communicate with ease in German and French You have a sense of service, like to work independently and organize your work in a structured manner.
