With our own development team, the Swiss Bike Park, and strong international partners, we are among the most innovative bike manufacturers in Europe. YOUR MISSION You will be part of our product management and actively participate in the improvement of our bikes. You will compare new components, observe trends, support the development of new models, and ensure that every specification is perfect in the smallest details. At the same time, you will ensure that our product data is complete, up-to-date, and well-maintained - because perfect bikes are not only born on the trails, but also thanks to an accurate database. You will work closely with development, purchasing, production, marketing, and our international suppliers, and you will gain a unique insight into the creation of our bikes. WHAT AWAITS YOU: • Participation in the development of new Thömus bikes • Evaluation of new components and innovative technologies • Market and competitor analyses • Participation in defining optimal bike specifications • Management and maintenance of components, bills of materials, and product data • Management of our product configurator with technical data, images, and texts • Participation in product tests and launches • Drafting technical documents for sales, workshop, and production • Collaboration with world-leading manufacturers in the bike industry WHAT YOU BRING: Above all, one thing: a passion for cycling. Ideally, you regularly practice MTB, road biking, or gravel. You are interested in new technologies, know the differences between components, and want to understand why a bike rides the way it rides. In addition, you bring: • technical training (e.g., bike mechanic or equivalent) or solid technical bike expertise • a taste for structured work and technical details • a strong affinity for digital systems and product data • good knowledge of German as well as English to communicate with international partners • the motivation to learn new things and to take on responsibilities WHY THÖMUS?
