Nurse - L'Orée

La Fondation La Rozavère brings together three medico-social establishments (EMS) as well as a preparation and waiting structure for accommodation (SPAH).

For our L'Orée site, we are looking for a motivated and committed nurse who will contribute to the well-being of our residents within a human and benevolent environment.

YOUR MISSION

As a nurse, you plan, perform, and supervise the care provided to our residents while respecting their safety and well-being. Furthermore, you coordinate the interventions of external providers with the residents of the unit. In close collaboration with doctors, you participate in the medical follow-up of the residents and apply medical orders. Your team spirit promotes the development and implementation of an interdisciplinary support project.

Thanks to your listening skills and benevolent communication, you respond to residents, as well as their relatives, regarding, among other things, the care administered. Furthermore, you ensure that all information relating to their health is transcribed in the residents' files. Of a participatory nature, you intervene during the colloquia organized within the unit.

Enthusiastic and patient, do you wish to work in a positive atmosphere where training is encouraged? In your role, you will accompany and supervise your ASSC colleagues, health assistants, as well as any other person in training.

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a HES diploma in nursing or a title deemed equivalent
• You possess at least 2 years of professional experience in the function
• You have successful experience in the field of geriatric psychiatry
• You possess interpersonal ease and a great capacity to communicate
• You speak and write French perfectly.
